Kedra Flowers

Kedra Flowers

Kedra Flowers has been providing Certified Public Accounting services in the Dallas area for over 20 years.  After obtaining her Master’s Degree in Taxation, Kedra started her public career with the top national accounting firm at the time, Arthur Andersen LP.  It was there she gained priceless training and practical tax and audit experience that would later prove to be the strong base upon which she built her career.  Her experience included servicing public and private companies over a myriad of industries including real estate, healthcare, professional services, and nonprofits.

It was only after leaving the fast paced “Big 6” accounting environment that Kedra tapped into her own service vision.  Her passion for helping others.  In her private practice, she has created a niche service of tax resolution and is touted by her clients and colleagues as the go-to advisor for Offer in Compromise and Audit Representation.   To date, Kedra has successfully settled countless cases reducing over millions in tax debt for her qualifying clients.

With continued growth, her corporate structure has changed but her commitment to cultivating relationships and educating others remains.  As a published author, results coach and public speaker, Kedra Flowers has crafted her own unique delivery of tax seminars and staff training that keeps learning interesting.  She goes beyond the academia and applies the interpersonal and personality dynamics necessary for any successful negotiator.
